Single Tunnel Diverter Valve

Application:

Single Tunnel Diverter valves are used in pneumatic transport of powder and granular material to divert solids flowing in dense phase as well as lean phase into multiple destinations without stopping the gas stream.

Salient Features:

  • Housing in Aluminium casting with SS insert pipes
  • Cast Aluminium plug with Stainless Steel pipe inserts
  • Diverting angle of 45°, 90° or 22.5°
  • Powerful rotary pneumatic actuator with integrated support pads
  • Delivered as a package with dual solenoid valve, limit switches and terminal box completely pre-piped and pre-wired for static sealing
  • Max working temperature of 100°C and max pressure of 3.5 bar g Minimum maintenance
